    JOB OVERVIEW

    Are you disciplined, organized, and eager to learn more about sales and marketing at one of the fastest-growing B2B agencies in the country?

    RevenueZen is hiring for a Sales Support Specialist working both for our clients and our agency itself. The role involves building prospect lists, writing copy, and learning the ins and outs of different sales outreach platforms. It also includes supporting new client onboarding, following a project management workflow to activate our new client relationships. You'll be reporting directly to our COO, supporting our executive team as well as our lead Account Manager.

    We'd like to meet you if you're process-oriented, thorough, and ready to learn about how technology companies and agencies grow, from the inside. Bonus points if you'll want to take on more responsibility over time, as we continue to expand.

    Here's what you'll be doing on a day to day basis:

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client outbound campaign support (80%) 

    • Compile daily lead lists for our outbound team to use with client engagements
    • Stay on top of client strategy and campaigns, documenting updates promptly
    • Review and help write outbound sales copy for email and LinkedIn

    Administrative duties (20%)

    • Maintain updates in our project management software, ClickUp
    • Coordinate a smooth onboarding process for each new client
    • Help research new techniques and technologies in outbound sales
    • Identify friction points in all of our processes and work us to remedy them

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Motivation to deliver exceptional customer service 
    • Dedication to honing your craft to become an elite growth professional
    • Strong computer and office software proficiency (Zoom, G Suite, Slack, LinkedIn)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, complete and utter English fluency
    • Professional and reliable home-office setup, including a stable internet connection, video camera, and microphone
    • A healthy dose of personal accountability
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize among multiple tasks
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Resident of one of the following locations
      • United States: Oregon
    • Bonus points if you consider yourself to have a mindfulness practice

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    Base salary for this role is $42,000 per year. You will also be eligible for monthly commissions based on the size of the book of business that you help manage (estimated additional $8-13k+/yr). The total estimated cash compensation for this role is between $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
