We are seeking a Human Resources Administrative Support to become a part of team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.

THIS POSITION IS M-F FLEXIBLE HOURS UP TO 29 HOURS PER WEEK. POSSIBILITY OF GOING FULL TIME IS AN OPTION. HEALTH BENEFITS, HOLIDAY & VACATION PAY WILL BE AVAILABLE ON FULL TIME WORK ONLY.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the company culture, values and policies
• Assist in screening applicants and phone screens
• Employee Recognition-Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
• Event Planning: Employee lunches, meetings and monthly social events
• Data entry , accounting
• Maintenance of employee records, filing
• Create forms, documents
• Sort incoming mail
• other clerical duties to help support Human Resources, Accounting and Production

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields (office administration)
• Fundamental knowledge of a business environment and office machines
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Work well with a team and individually
• Self starter and motivated to personal growth
• Read, write and speak Spanish a plus
• Knowledge of ADP a plus
