    Job Description

    As a Plant RO Technician, you’ll be on the front and back end of providing maintenance and quality
    control expertise on all types of mobile water treatment systems for customers all over the world. This
    mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including (but not limited to) reverse
    osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), Gas Transfer Membrane (GTM) among others. Completes duties and
    tasks as directed by the Membrane Supervisor and Production Manager.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    ● Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, pipe,
    air compressors, dosing pumps, blowers, instrumentation, among others.
    ● Maintain all ISO QC documentation from start to finish for all equipment being worked on.
    ● Perform analytical testing such as chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, Conductivity, Rejections, Recoveries,
    etc. Document and report all findings for approvals and be able to troubleshoot issues that are
    out of compliance.
    ● Identify and pull parts to be loaded on equipment for job start ups and identify returning
    equipment to be returned to inventory.

    ● Perform membrane cleanings and sluicing of media as needed.
    ● May be utilized to assist the plant maintenance or electrical departments for various plant
    projects and issues as needed.
    ● Delivers external customer satisfaction through on-time preparation; through continuous
    improvement initiatives and value-added projects that will ensure quality of equipment
    completed while considering cycle times

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ● High School Diploma, G.E.D., Home School Certification, or international equivalent to High
    School Diploma
    ● Valid drivers License
    ● Basic Computer Skills
    ● Use of hand and power tools.
    Preferred (if applicable):
    ● 2 years of experience in industrial, refineries, water treatment or chemical plants.
    ● Mechanical and electrical/instrumentation experience.
    ● Forklift experience.
    ● Basic PLC experience
    ● PVC Pipe Fitting experience

    Additional Information

    ● Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing
    ● Working with chemicals for water treatment.
    ● Ability and willingness for on call status for emergency response
    ● Ability to work on a rotating shift of nights, days and holidays.
