RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source, engage, and evaluate both active and passive top-tier candidates through different channels 
• Conduct initial interviews to efficiently assess qualifications 
• Effectively communicate with leadership to understand and prioritize recruiting goals 
• Create and write job descriptions that accurately convey the needs of the team
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a trusted point of contact during the selection process
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and proactively identify future hiring needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfortable/personable on the phone
• Ability to work self-sufficiently but still be a team player
• Efficient and highly organized self-starter who thrives in challenging situations and FAST-paced environments
• You love feedback and you're always looking to reach new heights
