About the Role:

Join BF Construction Inc as a In House Revit- Advanced Level Drafter, where your expertise will shape innovative design solutions. We are looking for a talented individual to contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment that values creativity and precision.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D models and construction documents using Revit.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design integrity.

Review and revise drawings based on project feedback and specifications.

Prepare presentation drawings and visualizations for client meetings.

Maintain project documentation and adhere to deadlines.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes.

Assist in training junior drafters and sharing best practices.

Stay updated on Revit software developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in drafting with Revit in a construction or architectural environment.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.

Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
