Responsibilities: Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards Validate all personal references and rental application information Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal Qualifications: Past sales experience is preferred Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Working knowledge of Appfolio or other Property Management software systems • Must have a valid Real Estate license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of employment Compensation: $36,000 + commission
