You’ll keep our financial records organized by reviewing accounts payable and receivable and preparing detailed account reconciliations. Responsibilities: Complete other accounting tasks as needed to assist the real estate team Ensure all records are ready for monthly and quarterly reporting Coordinate incoming and outgoing payments by printing, distributing, and obtaining check signatures when necessary Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time Look over accounts payable and receivable regularly to ensure every invoice and expense report to evaluate accuracy Qualifications: Real estate industry experience is highly valued Has strong abilities in communication, both in writing and by phone Understands basic rules of GAAP • Minimum undergraduate degree in Accounting • Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks and strong Microsoft Office skills Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
