RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ENTRY LEVEL FINANCIAL CONSULTANT:

• Enhance consumer comprehension on the value of debt management and cultivate long-term relationships by rendering personalized assistance with trusted advice
• Gather and analyze potential clients financial goals with sit down consultations
• Present financial evaluations to qualified consumers and pinpoint debt sales solutions that meet their unique needs and determine their true debt management challenges
• Collaborate with fellow entry-level Financial Consultants and Sales Management team to exceed sales trajectories and increase consumer satisfaction
• Provide superior customer service by demonstrating enthusiasm and strong communication abilities with clients
• Increase client base by providing financial guidance, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing their debt management concerns
• Demonstrate thorough education and knowledge of new debt management and relief services offered by our clients

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN ENTRY LEVEL FINANCIAL CONSULTANT:

• 0-3 years of experience in sales, consulting, financing, sales management, banking, or client relations
• Degree in finance, communications, or management preferred
• Ability to work swiftly and precisely in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Enthusiastic about assisting consumers in managing their financial debt
• Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, interest rates, mortgages, etc
• Punctual, professional, and confidant demeanor
• Assist Management with process improvement initiatives
• Proficient in resolving issues and concerns as they arise to exceed clients’ satisfaction and the sales goals
