Job Description

Our firm is seeking someone to serve as an Entry Level Financial Consultant for our vastly growing financial customer acquisitions department. The Entry Level Financial Consultant must be confident, trustworthy, driven, and feel comfortable conversing with customers directly in regards to their financial status and situation in order for our company to provide the best financial debt relief program that we currently have. Our financial debt relief program allows our Entry Level Financial Consultants to deliver a fresh beginning for our customers who are experiencing financial burden which provides gratification for the customer, our sales representatives, and our company. We see the greatest success in our financial sales representatives who have the ability to consistently build long-standing relationships with our customers and allowing them to utilize this relationship to generate and leverage more opportunities within their families or referrals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Networking amongst other Entry Level Financial Consultants to warrant a peak knowledgebase of our clients financial debt relief programs
• Providing thorough financial advice to our potential customers who have inquired about our debt relief program
• Attending meetings and training sessions on scheduled workdays, which may include some weekends
• Pursuing individual study on debt relief programs to contribute innovative ideas to our firm
• Traveling locally to and from all customer meetings on a daily basis - travel reimbursement provided

REQUIREMENTS

DESIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Strong entrepreneurial and independent mindset bolstered by poise and confidence will be an extremely beneficial tool within this role
• Experience within a financial, sales, or customer acquisition department is strongly advised to see immediate advancement within this position
• Must be a great communicator, excellent time management skills, and a structured and coachable team player
• The ability to explain complex financial information in a concise and simple manner
