Then we are the perfect place for you! Basic Requirements: Assist in the assembly, installation and dismantle of scenery, props and sets. This involves setting up pipe & drape, stages, furniture, scenic wall flats, dancefloors, bars Dependability: consistently on time and ready to work; follow instructions, respond to management directions Safely load & unload trucks Solid Work Ethic Able to safely lift and carry 50lbs Personal reliable transportation to & from the job site (MD, DC, VA) Available to work nights and weekends as requested Ability to act and work independently with minimal direction Able to consistently prioritize and meet deadlines; installs are highly time sensitive Communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal team and vendor partners Ideal Candidate will excel in the following areas: Problem solving; identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and skillfully analyze information Ability to drive NON-CDL box trucks Carpentry skills Planning/organizing; prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently Quality control: demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality; apply feedback to improve performance Adaptability: adapt to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events Ability to travel Attention to detail Thrive in a team environment A working knowledge of any of the following disciplines has proven beneficial: painting, logistics, welding, various art mediums, theater practices and techniques, set design About Us: Ranked by Special Event Magazine in the top 50 special event companies worldwide, Revolution Event Design & Production is a creative powerhouse!
