We specialize in large scale special events nationwide, which take the form of celebrity weddings, galas, trade shows, experiential marketing tours, weddings, mitzvahs and more. Our team of producing designers pull from our huge existing inventory of furniture, props, staging, lighting, drape, linens, etc. and custom items are created by our in-house production team. This team consists of talented professionals in carpentry, vinyl/graphic printing, sewing, art, welding, centerpieces, etc. It is a very creative, fast paced, casual environment where nothing is ever the same from day to day. We are hiring both full-time and part-time Carpenters who will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Specifically, the Carpenter will: * Reading blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements * Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed * Cutting, shaping and smoothing lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements * Installing and repairing new and old builds A successful candidate should have some experience in the following fields: * Carpentry * Woodwork * Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw, and jigs Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigs Interested candidates, please submit a resume!
