The hours for the position are as follows: Tuesday-Thursday from 3:45 pm until 8:00 (may go later...until last client is finished) and Saturday from 9:45 am until 4 (may go later...until last client is finished) . Must be able to perform the following duties: * Must remain professional at all times in demeanor, communication, and dress (including following proper dress code with professional looking hair and makeup). * Outstanding customer service and communication skills. * Willingness to take initiative * Greet guest upon arrival and offer a beverage to all guests * Check-in and out guests * Help with retail sale and pre-booking next guest appointment * Answer / Book / Confirmation calls to guests * Stock / Inventory retail product * Responsible for all product knowledge, ability to answer product questions as a resource for the guest * Monitor and refill hospitality station items, keep the area clean and stocked * Organize magazines throughout salon to be in order and easily accessible to guests * Clean reception area, retail shelves, bathrooms, laundry, etc.. and restock supplies and containers on regular basic knowledge of artists at Revolution and include services provided * Attend all training, education, and meetings * Assist with possible other duties as assigned *Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Intermediate computer skills * Ability to interact in a positive and productive manner while working in a team-based environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to: * Walk, sit, bend and squat * Lift and/or carry up to 55 lbs. * Stand for extended periods of time Training and Experience: Some exposure to a salon, cosmetics, or retail business preferred.
