Part-Time Real Estate Videographer/Social Media Content Creator We are seeking a videographer/social media content creator who has a gift and a real passion for their work. We are a top-selling real estate agency in the area and need someone who can create, produce, and edit high-quality videos for our marketing purposes to use on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys their work, is reliable, talented and creative. This is a part-time flexible position. Compensation is $500/month. You will be needed in person 1 or twice every two weeks for about 2-3 hours to create video content with our agents. Remotely you will create and post one social media piece a day for us. Responsibilities: Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites Video properties for online and marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly Ability to edit and manipulate lighting, contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality videos Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients • Ability to travel to the locations where our agents will shoot content at. This is typically in Philadelphia, however, occasionally could be in the suburbs • Take the content you film and quickly turn them into content for our social media accounts (reels, etc.) • Create captions for the posts and post the content Qualifications: Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines • Must have professional video camera and editing software to create quality Instagram reels Compensation: $12,000 - $15,000 yearly
