Responsibilities:

1. Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.

2. Monitoring and recording vital signs and patient information.

3. Assisting with patient mobility and transfers.

4. Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.

5. Following care plans and protocols set by healthcare professionals.

6. Reporting any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.

7. Keeping patient rooms clean and organized.

8. Assisting with medical procedures and treatments as needed.

Requirements:

1. Current certification as a State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) in the state of OH.

2. Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients.

3. Ability to work well in a team and follow directions.

4. Physical ability to lift and move patients.

5. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
