    Job Description

    Bosch Rexroth’s Business Unit Automation & Electrification Solutions supports machine builders and manufacturers to improve the productivity and efficiency of their machines and factories. Our product portfolio encompasses machine controls, electrical servo motors and drives, and Industrial Internet of Things solutions. 

    Bosch Rexroth Automation & Electrification Solutions is seeking an intern to support the launch of a product positioning campaign in the US. The intern will collaborate across functions working closely with marketing, product management and sales stakeholders in North America and in Germany. The intern will support the definition and implementation of regional target audiences, marketing channels, campaign contents and programs, and the attainment of marketing KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.

    THIS INTERNSHIP WILL BE 100% REMOTE FOR THE NEAR TERM DUE TO COVID-19. AS THE HOFFMAN ESTATES OFFICE REOPENS AND WORK FROM THE OFFICE RESUMES, THE EXPECTATION WOULD BE THE INTERN CAN WORK FROM THE OFFICE FOR AT LEAST A PORTION OF THE WORK TIME. __

    PRIMARY TASKS (including, but not limited to):

    • Assist in coordinating marketing programs, campaigns, and lead generation activities including content marketing, social media and online marketing, tradeshows, live events, product showrooms, and webinars
    • Support the organization of a corporate key event; tasks will include invitation and registration management, demand generation, creation of interactive presentation concepts, event logistics
    • Create and update product websites and direct marketing campaigns
    • Create online and offline content and creative assets for Social Media, product brochures, white papers, customer success stories, websites, presentations, videos and other marketing collateral
    • Support creation of monthly marketing reports & assist with lead management
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Hours are flexible 16 - 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)       
    • An editorial and brand-advocate mindset with the ability to translate technical product content into compelling visuals and stories
    • Knowledge of marketing best practices and visual trends
    • Must be a recent graduate seeking an internship or currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Communications or Business
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop (required);
    • Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Amazon Sumerian (beneficial)
