    Job Description

    Bosch Rexroth is seeking a HR Business Partner to drive all aspects of Human Resources for our Mobile Hydraulics business as part of a strong leadership team. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and the HR team to champion a positive culture, nurture talent, and seek opportunities to create a positive impact through the organization. This position is both operational and strategic in nature. Your role is to align HR practices with the business needs and work across HR disciplines in the areas of retention, employee relations, and employee development. You will work with business leaders to implement and execute HR strategies to enhance the Employee Experience by engaging with employees and managers at critical moments in the employment relationship such as Development, Engagement, and Performance Management. To succeed in this role, you need a flexible mindset, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, demonstrate strong analytical capability, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations in a highly matrixed organization.

    In addition to the HR Business Partner role, you will be a key contributor within our US HRBP organization and participate within our function and cross functionally to build, grow, and continuously improve processes and programs within HR.

    • Demonstrates advanced-level knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits, and managing business partnerships with cross-functional groups. Has a keen understanding and strong experience within manufacturing environments.
    • Partners with and drives outcomes for talent acquisition needs for all open positions.
    • Provides guidance and support of the business through the consistent application of HR policies, recruitment strategies, performance management, data analysis, and taking initiative on challenging projects to improve the business and associate experience.
    • Manages a high-volume workload and effectively multitasks based on priorities.
    • Interprets business goals and achieves alignment by recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures for continual improvement in objectives, productivity, and development.
    • Demonstrates the ability to partner with groups to increase retention, build employee relations and drive employee engagement.
    • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
    • Drives solutions for the business to elicit desired volume, profitability, and strategic targets. With partnership from business leadership, create and deploy programs which align sales activity with overall business targets.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education: ** __** Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources or related area required. Master's degree in HR preferred.

    Experience: Minimum 5+ years HR Business Partner experience. Experience within production environment with strong expertise in leadership and organizational development, and working knowledge of relevant employment law strongly preferred. 5+ years working within a large, highly matrixed, global organization preferred. PHR Certification preferred.

Experience with HR systems, including time management * Strong employee relations skills experience.
