Job Description

Support the Bethlehem Campus transformation through contributing to the following projects:

ASSEMBLY LINE DESIGN

• Construction of new assembly line for Industrial Control Valves and Industrial Manifolds
• Collaborative Robot integration
• Material handling concept and supermarket layout
• Ergonomic assembly practices and smart tool integration
•  i4.0 and IoT process integration

MANIFOLD MACHINING OPTIMIZATION

• Support fixturing and tooling improvement project
• Provide assistance in shopfloor lean transformation

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university (ex. CHEA) and pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering with minimum two semesters completed or Master’s Degree in Engineering with at least one semester completed.
• Must be 18 years of age as of the first day of employment in the internship.
• Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.
• Proficient knowledge with CAD software e.g. Solidworks, AutoCAD
• Strong personal and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team and to lead small project group.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
