    Job Description

    As an HR intern with Bosch Rexroth, you will gain an overall understanding of core HR processes and will provide support in recruiting, associate relations, associate development, compliance and reporting.  The focus of the role will be to assist the HR Team with day-to-day responsibilities, both project-based and administrative.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Assist in the onboarding of new associates
    • Assist in the development of training matrix and verify that all training is up to date for all hourly associates
    • Assist with HR Projects, including reporting and auditing
    • Assist in creating internal communications
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
    • Understand and demonstrate the Company’s core values
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources
    • Sophomore, Junior or Senior class status
    • Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
