Job Description

2nd Shift

Kit Production Orders based on daily demand in a safe secure way according to standard work instructions.

Maintain Visual Management Boards, charts, logbooks, databases and other miscellaneous records as required.

Inform and work with appropriate associates to resolve any issue with equipment, components or systems.

Drive continuous improvement through involvement in the Bright Ideas program.

Manage all product flow using SAP and other documentation as necessary.

Maintain 5S system in work area.

Cycle Count as required.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

Must exercise care in handling product to prevent damage.

Must be able to learn/identify differences in series of products to insure accurate and quality product is delivered to value stream.

Demonstrated computer skills to include proficiency working in SAP, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems and software as necessary.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Able to frequently lift at least 40 lbs.

Able to stand and walk 95% of the time.

Able to kneel, bend over and reach as required.

Able to operate in a mildly dusty environment.

Able to identify, analyze, and resolve problems.
