Job Description
- Resolve deliveries without Transfer Orders (TOs) via SAP and shopfloor investigations.
- Analyze and publish daily Logistics KPIs (lines & $):
o Receiving
o Picking
o Shipping
o Inventory State
- Build and publish daily warehouse material movement schedules based on internal and external material demands.
- Forecast weekly/monthly warehouse demand based on Production and Sales plan
- Partner with Planning (LOG1) to ensure deliveries print and release according to consolidated customer shipments.
- Partner to the Planning (LOG1) team for expedites and rush orders, incorporating into the daily workload of the warehouse.
- Participate in daily Shop Floor meetings to monitor schedules and interact with warehouse teams
- Place Purchase Requisitions for MRO items and consumables for the Warehouse operations.
- Partner with the traffic office and serve as a back-up if required.
Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- Degree in a Supply Chain discipline
- OR
- 5 years logistics/warehouse
- OR
- 3 years planning or purchasing
Skills/Knowledge:
- Required:
o SAP – 2 years
o Microsoft Excel – 2 years
- Optional:
o Microsoft Power BI – 1 year
