    Job Description

    As part of the Bosch "Graduate Specialist Program - Controlling" trainee program, you will complete a 24-month program that includes various specialist departments and is personally tailored to you.

    Your goal after completing the program is an exciting specialist or project task in the area of controlling. Together we will lay the foundation for your successful professional career.

    4 rotations :possibly in areas such as Business Unit controlling, Plant controlling, and sales controlling or possibly also in other business or functional areas (e.g. logistics, IT) within the Bosch Group.

    Challenging content: captivating specialist and project tasks with operational and strategic issues in the area of controlling.

    Exclusive mentoring : personal mentor from higher management levels for professional and personal development

    Flexible start date and permanent employment contract : start date that is tailored to you personally. You will be part of our team right from the start and take on responsibility from day one.

    Network: valuable cross-departmental contacts with trainees and managers worldwide as well as a wide range of seminars with their own focus.

    Qualifications : Do you have a talent for numbers and a feel for the bigger picture? Do you understand economic contexts quickly?

    In addition, you are enthusiastic about the world of controlling and were able to learn the basics during your studies.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Education : Recent Grad (<3 years) with Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Economics or similar studies. With a minimum of 3.5 GPA
    • Personality and way of working: You have a high level of cooperation as well as communication skills in interaction with colleagues. You are highly motivated to learn and contribute in a fast changing environment. Deep understanding of Finance/Accounting, entrepreneurial thinking, goal and result orientation. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and solution-oriented actions, above-average commitment and a proactive way of working.
    • Experience and Knowledge: Your professional competences includes at least a first experience such as an internship in Finance or Managerial Accounting in an industrial company.
    • Languages: You are fluent in written and spoken English. German or another European language is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel (domestic and international)

    Additional Information

    Must have US work authorization. This position is not open for International Assignments. This position works in the Lincolnshire, IL office.
