    Job Description

    Reyes Browne Reilley (RBR) is seeking a licensed attorney with 0-3 years of litigation experience. The candidate must be willing to work in a high-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred, but not required.

    Salary range is $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience. Bonus incentives begin when competency to handle a full docket of cases is demonstrated.

We ONLY hire "A-Team" players and require "A-Team" performance every day. Requirements (MUST have): Juris Doctorate Associate or Bachelor undergraduate degree Member of the Texas Bar or sitting for the State Bar when next offered A high level of professionalism Candidate must be responsible, highly detail-oriented, and organized Excellent communication skills Great negotiation skills Hungry Smart REQUIREMENTS (very NICE to have): Bilingual (Spanish/English) Experience with Salesforce Duties: It is doubtful any two days here at Reyes Browne Reilley will be exactly the same, but your job duties may include nearly every aspect of plaintiff's personal injury law. Specifically: Jury Trials Taking depositions Preparing clients and presenting them for depositions Filing lawsuits Negotiating settlements Drafting and responding to written discovery Prepare demands and/or review draft demand packages prepared by staff Assist and manage staff with reductions on medical bills, liens, and subrogation claims Assist Lead Attorneys in negotiating TOP settlement results, plus discuss options and settlement/release authority with clients
