SUMMARY:

Our successful, top-rated personal injury law firm in Dallas is seeking a highly motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) communicator for an inbound/outbound sales representative position. While our law firm does a great job selling itself with our history and reviews, we need driven individuals that are going to take ownership of their position and help clients with the retainer signature/intake process.

THE DAILY PROCESS:

• Handle your portion of inbound calls/chats and web form submissions
• Reach out to the potential client in an empathetic fashion to understand the confines of the incident
• Gather information to qualify the lead to determine if the incident is something that fits our practice area
• Sign the qualified lead to our firm's employment retainer
• Gather all remaining information pertaining to the case
• Pass the case along to their respective paralegal in a "white glove" treatment fashion
• Get paid
• Repeat

We will also interview and hire recent college graduates less than 2 years out of school with GPAs of 3.5 or higher. Looking for a chance? While RBR will provide a base salary, there is also the potential for bonuses tied to production and performance. The sky is the limit for how much in commissions you earn each month. In other words, there are no commission caps. This is a FULL-TIME position.
