    REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer, Reynold Greenleaf and Associates, LLC Executive Management

    SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Reynold Greenleaf & Associates (RGA) Controller supports the Chief Financial Officer through the management of accurate and timely financial information and reporting. This position is expected to manage all accounting duties, including management of Financial Assistants, and maintenance of all accounting records, including both electronic and hard copy documentation, as well as the preparation of financial reports or models. The RGA Controller is also expected to assist with purchasing, requisitions, and asset management. This position is also charged with completing various compliance related tasks, including but not limited to: maintaining accounting policy and procedure compliance, completing insurance applications, Department of Health compliance reports, and financial reporting to governmental agencies, as assigned. It is a requirement of this position to oversee the cash flows, transactions, and implementation of organizational goals, as well as the goals of Reynold Greenleaf and Associates’ clients, as assigned or as dictated by Management.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION:

    •    Accounting or Related Bachelor’s Degree Required, applicable Professional Certification preferred.

    •    2+ Years Management Experience required.

    •    2+ Years’ Experience Working in the Accounting or Finance Industry required.

    •    Compliance oriented, analytical skills preferred.

    •    Passing state and federal background checks, according to company policies and state regulations.

    •    A valid New Mexico Driver’s License and a reliable form of transportation.

    •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    •    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.

    •    Extremely proficient with QuickBooks and various Point of Sale software, as well as the ability to learn and understand new systems .

    •    Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the Ability to Learn New or Updated Software.

    •    Understands and implements confidentiality policies.
