    We are seeking a skilled RFI Response Specialist to represent our organization by preparing and submitting high-quality responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) from public and private entities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, a strong understanding of public/private partnerships, and experience navigating the nonprofit sector. This role is critical to securing opportunities that align with our mission and expanding our impact. Responsibilities: • Draft and Submit RFI Responses : Research, write, and submit clear, compelling, and compliant responses to RFIs issued by government agencies, private corporations, or other partners. • Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work with internal teams (e.g., program managers, finance, legal) to gather accurate information and ensure responses reflect organizational capabilities and goals. • Analyze RFI Requirements : Interpret RFI guidelines to identify key requirements, deliverables, and evaluation criteria. • Maintain Compliance : Ensure all submissions adhere to 501(c)(3) regulations, partnership agreements, and RFI specifications. • Track Opportunities : Monitor RFI pipelines and maintain a database of submissions, deadlines, and outcomes. • Build Relationships : Serve as a point of contact for external partners during the RFI process, fostering trust and collaboration. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience : • 3+ years of experience writing RFI, RFP, or grant proposals, preferably for a 501(c)(3) or public/private partnership. • Familiarity with nonprofit operations and compliance requirements. • Experience working with government or corporate partners is a plus. Skills : • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong research and analytical abilities to interpret complex RFI documents. • Proficiency in project management and meeting tight deadlines. • Knowledge of public/private partnership models and funding mechanisms. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database tools. Compensation: $100,000+
