Job Description

We are a litigation law firm with offices in Midtown Manhattan and Bayside, Queens, seeking a full-time Commercial Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 1-2 years of litigation experience who can handle civil and commercial litigation matters.

This position is ideal for candidates who can manage cases, want to gain more experience in civil and commercial litigation in a collaborative environment, and want the opportunity to grow with the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Initiate and defend motion practice
• Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
