Salary and Benefits

• Starting at $225,000+ based on experience
• Health insurance through Cigna – begins the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of rheumatologic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Average patient load: 16–18 per day
• Flexible scheduling: 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours per week
• Collaborate with a full support team including front desk staff, medical assistants, phlebotomists, and specialty providers
• Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and coordination of care
• Educate patients on disease management and preventive care strategies

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
• Clear and active medical license in the state of Florida
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
• New graduates and fellowship-completing physicians will be considered
