Job Description
Rhino Networks is a rapidly growing technology company and a recognized leading Cisco-Meraki partner. We are looking to expand our team of enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representatives based out of our Scottsdale location. Rhino Networks BDR’s are responsible for filling the sales funnel with high quality leads, qualifying inbound leads to determine sales readiness, and outbound work such as target research and developing e-mail campaigns. Account Development Representatives are expected to work both independently and collaboratively within tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn. Ideal candidates must be driven self-starters who are excited to be a part of something big and are motivated by growth opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Daily responsibilities include:
· Targeted lead list building
· Outbound calls and e-mails
· Researching and completing missing lead information
· Responding to inbound e-mail inquiries in a timely manner (under 1 hour)
· Calling into existing customer base for check-ins, renewals and upsells
· Notifying new and existing customers of latest and greatest products
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Requirements:
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as this position does not provide sponsorship
· Be a self-starter and highly ambitious to grow your knowledge, skills and career
· Interest in learning cutting edge technology such as cloud networking, IoT, and network security.
· Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
