    Technical Communications Intern Rhino Security Labs Inc - Seattle, WA 98122 Temporary, Internship Rhino Security Labs is looking for a great candidate to apply their technical knowledge to communications projects for a Technical Communications Internship. You will need a basic understanding of technical security concepts and strong writing skills to support Rhino's marketing, PR, and research efforts to ensure the effective communication of technical security projects to customers. You will need to learn quickly, be flexible, and ask questions when you need help. As the Technical Communications Intern, youll be directly translating, documenting, and promoting Rhinos penetration testing and research projects. From writing and editing blog posts to managing social media and supporting website analytics, you'll bring your technical security expertise to a range of communication and marketing needs. This role will be 15-30 hours/week, with remote work as a possibility. Internship will be 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Job Responsibilities : * Writing/editing blog posts and other technical security content (i.e. white papers, presentations, etc) * Creating/managing company newsletters, promoting blog posts and other research * Managing releases for Twitter and Social media channels * Creation of technical answers for PR and media response * Develop and manage website analytics (Google Analytics) and related website support

    • Create and refine vulnerability descriptions for use in penetration testing reports * Technical exploration and research assistance as needed * Supporting misc needs in marketing, PR, research, penetration testing, and IT Ops Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: * Ability to learn on the fly and research technical subjects where needed. * Basic technical knowledge in range of IT/Information Security subjects (networking, web applications, Windows/Linux, aws/cloud, general information security concepts) * Strong technical writing and editing skills.
