    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Rhoads’ Project Data Support Analyst is responsible for supporting Rhoads’ Operations Line in the successful execution of projects awarded by the Department of Defense and other DOD prime contractors. The Operations Data Analyst increases project efficiency by involving themselves in the daily project support tasks, reviewing processes, interpreting data, developing and/or improving reports, and researching data discrepancies to isolate root cause.

    The Operations Data Analyst will be required to learn and at times cover all internal and external project support requirements currently being performed by the Ops Support Team, including bids, project changes, contract deliverables and reporting requirements, invoicing, and customer payments.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Regularly review Dynamics revenue, WIP, and billing data for erroneous transactions.

    · Make WIP adjustments for projects that are 100% billed or as directed by Finance/PM.

    · Create and run reports as needed for Project Managers

    · Ensure all contract reporting requirements are met

    · Receive and distribute awards and modifications to existing contracts, including updating budget and contract amounts in Dynamics.

    · Create and maintain projects in Dynamics including billable rates, open tasks, approved funding, and PoP information.

    · Regularly review project funding levels and notified PM and COR at contract defined intervals.

    · Preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly project reporting requirements as assigned.

    · Prepare monthly billing for assigned contracts and enter to both Dynamics and government billing site.

    · Keep track of and follow up on all outstanding DOD invoices, and inform Rhoads Finance department of AR status and payment expectations.

    · Perform project close out tasks.

    · Keep updated records and create reports, proposals, and other documents as needed.

    · Assist with project audits as needed.

    · Enter and/or distribute labor hours for assigned foreman groups and confirm all time for your assigned group is entered and distributed each week.

    · Ensure proper adherence to compliance policies and procedures.

    · Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work and as assigned.

    EDUCATION:

    · Required: Associates Degree in a relevant field

    · Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Excellent with Microsoft Excel

    · Advanced Excel Experience including pivot tables, V-lookups and data formatting

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

    · Must have experience working in a project management environment

    · Must have experience working with data querying and advanced excel functions

    · Must have data queuing skills including editing of formulas and data criteria

    · Ability to work alone on large scale data projects and document the process.

    · Ability to communicate requirements in an industrial environment, and to give effective direction by using written and/or verbal skills where appropriate

    · Requires a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    · Ability to handle a high degree of confidential and sensitive information and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.

    · Mature Customer Service and Client Communications skills.

    · US Citizenship Required

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    · The performance of this position involves exposure to construction or industrial areas where the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hard hats and hearing protection is required.
