Rhonemus Group (RGI) has been retained by one of Ohio's most successful community banks to assist with a search to recruit a new VP Chief Accounting Officer to their executive management team.

Our client is a $2B bank that is poised for additional growth and expansion with a very clear focus on customer service across all business units. We're looking for an individual with strong accounting experience and a big picture focus accompanied by strong analytical skills.

This individual must have a professional history with a wide range of knowledge in all facets of financial and regulatory reporting, financial planning and modeling, investor relations, best accounting practices, audit, compliance, asset-liability management, and balance sheet management. This individual will function as a strategic manager in pulling together the numerous functions of financial operations – cash flow systems, financial projections, budgeting, etc. and as a result, must possess a thorough knowledge of all financial reporting.
