OUR OPPORTUNITY Our Onboarding department at our corporate office in Buena Park, California is looking for an Onboarding Representative to review and activate new and existing agents for the company. As an Onboarding Representative, you will report directly to the Agent Onboarding Manager and primarily be responsible for serving as a liaison between our corporate office and field sales representatives to implement prospective agent applications. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish to support our business needs. Other key responsibilities include:

• Receive and review for accuracy the applications from the pre-qualifications queue
• Review the agreement form completed by the agent to ensure it matches with the application and supporting documentation
• Review applications until activation and assure the information submitted meets our company’s policies
• Identify incorrect information in applications, provide alternative solutions and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Support our internal departments and field sales representatives to assure applications are being processed timely in the queue and in a professional manner
• Set up the new accounts which include contact information, identification number, pricing, commissions, etc.
• Notify the Sales, Finance, Procurement and Web Support department of new activations
• Coordinate the activation of the new agent once the requirements are fulfilled

• ​High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Experience managing a process from beginning to end and meeting deadlines
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior money transfer, real estate, or banking experience
• Must possess basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications
• Work independently, be detail-oriented and be analytical
• High level of initiative, critical thinking, and discretion
• Interact effectively with all levels of the organization
