Ricebox is a highly exclusive Chinese eatery in Syracuse, NY, offering the highest quality Chinese food in the region.We are beginning to offer delivery service for the first time in our 15-year history.We are looking for a hard-working individual to help us with the delivery service.Responsibilities may include:

Receive and track incoming orders

Verify and package orders for delivery service

Answer phone calls and interact with customers as needed

Assist in maintaining proper food quantities

Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils

Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations

Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients

Follow all food health and safety requirements

Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage

Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors

Physical ability to stand for an entire shift and lift 50+ pounds

Willingness to work weekends and nights

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Existing knowledge of food safety procedures preferred

This is a part time position offered at minimum wage. This is an average estimate, and actual take-home pay varies based on availability.
