    We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Our customers will be coming to us one-on-one at our retail locations. This position handles both retail customer service and retail sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize CRM system to qualify new prospects
    • Profile and analyze accounts to overcome any objections and generate quality sales opportunities
    • Present the value of our client’s services to prospective and existing clients
    • Collaborate with internal departments to innovate systems and company growth
    • One-on-one sales-based interaction with customers.
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport and a trusting relationship with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Ability to have fun with your customers!
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
