We are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Payable Analyst to help us in our corporate office. The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for working with our third-party accounting group and multiple restaurants to ensure invoices are accounted for properly and payments made in a timely fashion to vendors. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• WORKING WITH STORE MANAGERS TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATING PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED
• MAINTAINING VENDOR ACCOUNTS BY RECONCILING MONTHLY STATEMENTS AND RELATED TRANSACTIONS
• DELIVERY OF WEEKLY MANUAL CHECK LOGS TO THIRD PARTY
• VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE EXPENSE REPORTS
• PREPARATION OF WEEKLY CHECK RUNS
• OTHER DUTIES AS DIRECTED BY CORPORATE CONTROLLER
• COLLEGE DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING OR EQUIVALENT WORK/EDUCATION
• PRIOR RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED
• DETAIL ORIENTED AND STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS –EXCEL, QUICKBOOKS, RESTAURANT365 AND BILL.COM EXPERIENCE A PLUS

Requirements for this position include:

• COLLEGE DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING OR EQUIVALENT WORK/EDUCATION
• PRIOR RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED
• DETAIL ORIENTED AND STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS –EXCEL, QUICKBOOKS, RESTAURANT365 AND BILL.COM EXPERIENCE A PLUS
