    The MARKETING  & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR manages the online reputation, social media and community management for all Richard Sandoval Hospitality Owned & Operated restaurants across 3rd Party Sites and owned-Social Media Channels to drive positive brand perception and awareness in the marketplace, as well as increased online review ratings & scores. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will help support the RSH Corporate Marketing team and provide daily administrative and project management support.

    The MARKETING  & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR will provide:

    • On-going management of store database and distribution lists
    • Administration of online review and reputation management program
    • Day to day execution and management of RSH social media channels and corporate website, report generation through Facebook and Google Analytics and other 3rd party platforms
    • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal/external teams and vendors
    • Assist with marketing promotion, planning and implementation

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • GENERAL

      • Promote a company culture in which internal and external customer satisfaction is the primary concern
      • Maintain knowledge of competition and industry trends
      • Proficient in Online Review Management Tools
      • Proficient in Social Media Management tools
    • TEAM RELATIONS & MANAGEMENT

      • Develop solid working relationships across departments
      • Establish clear channels of communication across departments
      • Create & present online review ratings reporting
      • Create & present monthly social media content calendars for all Owned & Operated units
      • Submit monthly and quarterly reports as requested by the Director of Marketing and Executive Team
      • Support Corporate Marketing team with administrative and project management support as needed

    ONLINE REVIEW SITES & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT

    SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL

    • Create monthly social media content calendars to drive awareness of brand pillars and messaging topics for each Owned & Operated units
    • Create social media content that is engaging and on-brand, following brand guidelines and tone of voice
    • Monitor and respond to all social media audience responses across platforms: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to create social engagement and positive brand perception
    • Manage all social media inquiries and private message and respond within a timely manner
    • Assist in monitoring Corporate and Restaurant websites inquiries to ensure messages are being delivered to the correct teams and responded to in a timely manner
    • Execute content changes to RSH corporate websites

    MARKETING COMMUNICATION & PROMOTIONS

    • Support the Director of Marketing with field communications and assist in the planning and execution of all corporate marketing promotions and holidays

    • Assist in the project management and planning of seasonal menu roll-outs

    • Assist in the creation and execution of the annual marketing calendar

    • Traffic all projects and keep the corporate marketing team on schedule and on deadline

    • Assist with general administrative duties, budget management and expenses

    • Oversee the reputation management for all Richard Sandoval Hospitality Owned & Operated restaurants across all 3rd Party review sites

    • Monitor all online reputation sites, including but not limited to Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google, Facebook, OpenTable and ensure reviews are receiving responses in a timely manner

    • Coordinate with the General Managers to ensure guest satisfaction and problem resolution for all negative and positive reviews across all review sites

    • Work with General Managers to continue to produce the highest Online Review Ratings across all sites

    • Manage online reputation management tool to monitor and manage all online reviews

    • Generate reports as necessary and adequately communicate guest feedback to restaurant manager and corporate leadership

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/media/communications/advertising is preferred
    • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in advertising or marketing or a related field
    • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects within assigned deadline
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills in order to convey innovative ideas, as well as to build trust and cultivate relationships with coworkers, customers and vendor
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to details
    • High degree of adaptability and flexibility in order to accommodate change requests and priority shifts
    • Must be a self-starter, someone who doesn’t like to be micro-managed
    • Ability to anticipate future roadblocks and find potential solutions (pro-active versus reactive)
    • Efficient with time management and adhering to deadlines
