Are you tired of cold calling random Realtors every day? 

We seek a Mortgage Loan Originator to become a part of our Tocado EXP Realty team! You will call on and work with EXP Realty agents in North and South Carolina to originate mortgage loans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with current Tocado Team EXP agents
• Call on EXP Realty agents in NC and SC to develop realtor relationships
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• Work both refinance and purchase leads provided by RTC
• The right candidate will have the opportunity to obtain their North and South Carolina mortgage loan officer license
