ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- This position requires strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities and will be required to assist with the continuous change and growth of our business.
- Provides administrative support to the Human Resource Manager on all personnel matters and assists with payroll processing.
- Assists the HR team with recruitment and new hire orientation activities
- Maintains safe practices and procedures.
- Maintaining files and filing information on a daily basis
- Answers basic employee questions and redirecting to other resources as needed
- Schedules and organizes meetings; and coordinates interview schedules
- Other project work as defined by the human resources team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures/systems, managing files and records, proof-reading and designing documents/forms/reports
- Must be self- directed and reliable
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous HR Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Bilingual Hindi or Spanish a Plus
