    NOW HIRING QUALIFIED SALES REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE AND INDUSTRIAL TOOL MARKET.

    Seeking an experienced and results-driven full-time salesperson to join our team in the Toledo, OH area. The individual in this role would provide appropriate product solutions for our customers and nurture them through our purchase flow from start to finish. Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care, acquisition, and company profitability. Experience with Automotive and Industrial Tool products preferred but not required. Product training will be provided.

    Our commission rates are among the highest in the nation. EARNINGS POTENTIAL OVER 80K FOR THE MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL. Bonuses, 401K, and insurance benefits are available for qualified employees.     SALESPERSON DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Generate and qualify leads via phone and email.
    • Promote products/services to new and existing customers.
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers.
    • Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship.
    • Develop strategies for more effective sales closing.
    • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value.
    • Prioritize and/escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction.
    • Source and develop client referrals.
    • Continuously improve through feedback.

    SALESPERSON REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
    • Highly motivated, determined and target driven.
    • Proven track record in the sales environment.
    • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
    • Ability to create and maintain client relationships.
    • Expert in time management and personal organization.
    • Real world relevant experience preferred.
