Richmond Capital Management, located in Richmond, Virginia, serving clients for over 30 years, is an employee-owned, investment management firm specializing in the fixed income markets. Responsibilities

The firm is seeking to add an enthusiastic team member with a strong work ethic and desire to build a meaningful career. Necessary skills most importantly include ability to work accurately with numerically based information in spreadsheets and other forms. Significant abilities in Excel are a must. Past experience performing reconciliations and attention to detail are integral to the position. The job requires the ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a team-based deadline-driven environment. Other responsibilities will involve daily trade processing and settlements utilizing various software applications environment.

This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

The successful candidate for this post will possess the following attributes and qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree;

· Must be good with numbers and have excellent problem-solving skills;

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word a must;

· Strong attention to detail;

· Work well in a team environment;

· Strong organizational skills;
