    YOUR MISSION

    We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Fiscal Administrative Assistant in our Richmond office conveniently located just off Broad Street between Scott’s Addition and the Museum District. This role will be responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed fiscal records involving confidential information, including payroll, client accounts, client benefits, Medicaid Waiver process and billing, and client fee process. Also provides administrative support to the Director of Client Benefits, and occasionally to the CEO, Contract CFO and accounting department.     QUALIFICATIONS

    • Working knowledge of standard bookkeeping concepts, generally accepted accounting principles, techniques, practices, and procedures.
    • Excellent computer skills, with working knowledge of QuickBooks and the primary Microsoft Office programs, and high proficiency with Excel and database programs to maintain accurate recordkeeping.
    • One or more years’ experience with payroll, time keeping and/or employees scheduling systems.
    • Detail oriented, with the ability to analyze information, evaluate results, and implement the best solution.
    • Effective communication skills, with an understanding of how to build good working relationships with employees, supervisors and peers.
    • High School Graduate or equivalent, OR 1-2 years or more office assistant experience, preferably in accounting or finance, OR equivalent combination of education and on the job experience.
    • Valid Virginia Driver's license and acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles Driving record.
    • Ability to successfully pass a background check, and other pre-employment screening.

    This is a full-time position; pay range is $15 - $19 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, vision, life insurance, dental, 403B Retirement plan, sick and annual leave.
