Job Description

A 24-month program designed for business professionals who seek an entrepreneurial start up opportunity. Successful completion of this program may lead to a full time agency ownership.

Core duties include (But not limited to)

• Marketing and selling through a sponsored lead program
• Contacting clients via phone
• Field underwriting and rating for new accounts
• Maintain knowledge of new products and initiatives
• Pursues a program for development of personal and business skills
• Actively solicits expatriations dates from new clients and prospects
• Maintains monthly sales records

Physical environment

This position requires flexibility, in a climate- controlled office

Preferred skills and abilities

College Degree preferred, but not requires. Selling background preferred, previous customer service experience highly preferred. Ideal candidates will have basic PC skills, basic math, strong analytical capabilities, conflict resolution skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must pass a background check, fee is fully refundable once background check is passed
• Maintain two insurance licenses, study material is provided and bonus for obtaining those licenses

NOTE: This position may require having the flexibility to work non standard hours/shifts and having the ability to adhere to a structured schedule .
