    Ricki’s Digital Marketing Manager will drive the expansion of our digital marketing efforts. You are a leader that will introduce and develop integrated marketing strategies & tactics that grow sales, profitability, and new & existing customer engagement for the business. You will be responsible to plan, monitor and execute all digital marketing campaigns and ensure seamless integration of brand value, customer satisfaction, traffic growth opportunities, and holistic communication strategies across all digital platforms.

    You are results-driven and extremely organized, with experience in creating successful strategies to optimize brand awareness, e-commerce growth and customer communication through the online digital ecosystem. You will bring creative insights from your experience in both paid and organic digital marketing that can be applied within a variety of campaigns for Ricki’s.

    What you will do?

    Creating a strategic vision for the Ricki’s brand across all digital marketing channels including Paid, Email, Organic, Social, Loyalty and Referral.

    Define and execute the annual digital marketing strategy plan and website traffic plan, and execute against agreed upon metrics to build Ricki’s presence and reach online.

    Responsible for all communications, engagement and content creation on our existing digital channels, as well as ongoing monitoring to optimize our performance and maximize ROI.

    Provide daily leadership, direction and support to the Digital Marketing team and work closely with the E-Commerce team to ensure effective and successful delivery of on-line business goals and objectives.

    Design and deliver all digital marketing reports as required

    Maximize opportunities to deliver Voice of the Customer (VOC) data and insights

    Key team member within digital transformation projects that involve cross-functional teams

    Provide leadership and support to the

    Working with our Paid Media agency to drive results and maximize returns through the Paid media channel.

    Manage and define best practices for analytics on projects to ensure consistent, ongoing benchmarking and analysis of performance including data-driven recommendations to improve future success

    Manage budgets and supervise digital media integration into broader organization initiatives

    Maintain a thorough understanding of current and emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, and customer satisfaction.

    What You Have?

    5-7 years’ experience working in a Digital Marketing environment including proven experience with and/or working knowledge of:

    Brand Management

    VOC

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    Pay-per-Click (PPC)

    Social Media Marketing

    Content Marketing

    Email Marketing

    Mobile Marketing

    Marketing Analytics

    Affiliate Marketing

    Experience working in a retail marketing and E-commerce environment an asset

    Strong analytical skills including the ability to synthesize data and provide insights and strategic actions

    Solid communication skills to effectively present strategic & tactical plans to internal teams

    Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills to work on and lead a close-knit team, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams

    Ability to maintain the highest standards to deliver quality results under high-pressure deadlines

    Knowledge and interest in current industry trends, including digital and social media.
