    Job Summary

    The Product Operations Intern will provide cross-functional support to the Riddell InSite Analytics business unit in a variety of roles working with Sales, Operations, and Product Development. This role will offer an all-encompassing experience to learn about and have an impact on one of football’s leading wearable technologies. The Intern will be responsible for supporting the reconditioning and configuration of all helmet sensors (InSite Player Units) in North Ridgeville prior to shipment to the end-user. They will be responsible for supporting our sales team and customer base by managing rosters, practice plans, sideline devices, phone lines, emails and more. They will be encouraged to support and provide input on a variety of projects that will have an impact on internal production and cost savings, as well as end-user customer success. This role will have the opportunity to learn across a variety of departments and gain practical working experience within a fast-paced environment in the sporting goods industry. Position is on-site North Ridgeville, OH May-August. Local candidates encouraged to apply.

    ** Job Duties:**

    • Supports the configuration of all Axiom and SpeedFlex True InSite Player Unit’s leaving North Ridgeville facility
    • Imports practice plans and manages rosters of InSite Analytics users at all levels (youth to D1 collegiate)
    • Assists with shipments of InSite data collection devices – Riddell Sideline Device (RSD) & Alert Monitors
    • Assists with updates of InSite data collection devices when necessary
    • Supports the sales team with Verifyt head scanning (custom fit helmet technology) when called upon
    • Contributes to ongoing projects taking place impacting both internal and external stakeholders
    • Coordinates between different departments within Operations (i.e., receiving, InSite player unit testing, kitting, assembly, shipping, etc.) to identify and troubleshoot problems
    • Provides support via customer service phone line and email when assistance is needed

    Required:

    • Team player who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity
    • Tech savvy – understands basic operations of Android & iOS
    • Working towards, or has received Associate/Bachelor’s Degree
    • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
    • Flexible personality, and open to learning
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently within deadlines
    • Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve conflicts quickly
    • Ability to stand for most of the working day when necessary
