    • Product Knowledge: A strong passion for continuously expanding knowledge about different bike models, features, specifications, and technologies. This obsession provides accurate and comprehensive information being offered to riders, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Customer Engagement: A dedication to building meaningful connections with riders. This involves actively listening to their needs, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized solutions. A Rider Care obsession with customer engagement ensures that customers feel valued, understood, and supported throughout their buying journey.
