Job Purpose:
· The Ridge Athletic Club is a full-service, member-focused health and fitness facility serving the residents and corporations in the Gallatin Valley. In order to provide the world class service our members and guests deserve, it is imperative that all departments within the Ridge be focused and working together toward a common goal; to provide an Exceptional Member Experience. The Manager on Duty will be responsible for assisting all departments with the fulfillment of this goal. It is important to know that this position is a resource to the departments, particularly when situations occur that can challenge our common goal.
Job Requirements:
Education:
· High School diploma or GED.
Certifications:
· Community CPR certification or higher within the first 90 days of employment
Experience:
· Minimum three-year experience in providing world class service; experience in facility/housekeeping services; experience directing individuals in their job functions
Skills:
· Must have proven customer services skills
· Must have experience with computer systems.
· Must show the highest level of communication skills
Physical Demands of Position:
· Hearing, walking, standing, lifting, and the use of tools as required
· Driving or transportation to other clubs and events
Working Conditions:
· The working conditions will be those of an athletic, fast paced and demanding environment, which at times may have high levels of noise.

To ensure an exceptional experience for all members and guests
To be knowledgeable of all club activities.
To ensure that the cleanliness of the Ridge is beyond reproach at all times by walking through the facility, cleaning as needed, directing concierge and trade cleaners in their activities.
Work to ensure that all programs offered at the Ridge are at capacity by engaging and enrolling members.
Assist all departments with any unusual circumstances that may arise
Work with membership to provide tours/service to potential members who may be waiting to speak with membership. Enroll new members, if trained to do so.
Complete MOD daily worksheet and leave in Chief Operating Officer’s mailbox at the end of each shift.
To establish a rapport with members and be on a first name basis with as many as possible.
To interact in a professional manner with other club staff members.
To inform the service desk of your whereabouts when in the club.
To present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the club.
It is your responsibility to inform the service desk and supervisor that you will not be available, on the occasions when you will be off-site.
