    The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to each and every customer. They will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations through positive interactive skills.

    Responsible for maintaining Spa Ridge standards of service to customers and coworkers at all times. *Knows and adheres to Spa Ridge and department policies and procedures, embrace company and department culture and take pride in what Spa Ridge has to offer.Understands and well versed in both Spa Ridge and Ridge Athletic Clubs including hours of operation, activities and events available to customers. Ensures Spa Ridge standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas. *Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards. *Reports accidents, injuries and lost and found items immediately in compliance with company and department policiesAwareness of customer experience at all times, smiles and makes eye contact, communicates professionallyProvide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to customer requests, ensuring complete customer satisfaction while anticipating their needs.Empowered to assist in customer recovery situations to ensure a flawless execution of customer service and communicates with the Spa Director as needed. Maintains an alert and welcoming posture while acknowledging all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism while providing the highest level of customer serviceEffectively communicates and ensures all pertinent information is shared.Accurately assist customers with check-in for spa reservations. *Accurately schedule spa appointments via telephone reservation or in person. Is knowledgeable on all spa treatments offered and can actively suggest services to maintain sales.Accurately receive payment of services to department standards and properly account for all transactions and monies. Reconcile daily sales, deposits and receipts. *Looks for opportunities to assist peers, customers, and other departments at all times.Solution oriented, avoiding conflict and gossip, stays on task and promotes teamwork.Attends required meetings and/or training classes and incorporates new standards, service knowledge and safety into daily work practices.Keep all areas of the spa including storage areas, staff break room and dispensary clean and organized while following safety guidelines.*Ensures product and supply inventories are replenished and maintained daily. *Ensure all maintenance and equipment challenges are reported in a timely fashion to the Spa Ridge Director.Job Requirements:

    Must be 18 years of age or older.Experience in a Spa/Salon environment or front desk experience is preferred. Must possess outstanding customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills as well as excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.Must be solution oriented and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous cash handling experience is preferred, but not required. *Candidate must be able to work efficiently within a team environment and individually. *Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Must have an open mind and willingness to learn new processes, concepts and ways of approaching guest and coworkers.Must be open to coaching and feedback. *Must possess excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.Candidate must be well groomed and professional. Must be available to work all shifts and days including opening and closing shifts.Will be required to adjust schedule based on business demands. Willingness to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding guests and staff.Combination of education equivalent to graduation from high school (High school diploma) or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

    Rate of Pay: $10.00 or higher, depending on experience
