Job Description

The Content Creator will create media content for all team and venue outlets. This is a specialized role supporting both the Glacier Range Riders and Flathead Field. You will be responsible for creating assets for the team and venue to post, shooting your own videos and still photography, creating motion and still graphics, and ideating new ways to connect with our fans and clients. The person in this role must be able to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of all content shared on the website, social media channels, email newsletters, and more. They understand on-time means on-time and live to strategize about what content performs best on which platform. Responsibilities Include: * The Content Creator must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, be team oriented, and be highly organized. * Creates content including video, still photography, GIF's, and graphics for social media channels for Glacier Range Riders and Flathead Field. * Interacts with followers, customers, and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts in a timely manner. * Evaluates and interprets social media results; forms actionable suggestions for management. * Creates newsletters and manages email database. * Assists in managing online Mercantile and order fulfillment as needed * Implements, optimizes, and builds social advertising for digital platforms. * Manages and grows team presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. * Captures live event video and edits for social media channels. * Creates Ridge Run Enterprises digital marketing plan and social media strategy. * Writes for and updates websites as needed. * Monitors SEO and web traffic metrics Requirements & Skills Desired: * Fluent in the full Adobe Suite. * 2-4 years' experience in multi-platform content creation. * Undergraduate degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience. * Proven ability to identify stories/creative that will connect with the audience. * A solid understanding of digital video and social media platforms including, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
