    We are filling open solo positions on a consistent regional account based out of Ridgefield, WA.

    The Pay Breakdown

    • Weekly Average: $1,990 (top earners pulling up to $2,548 weekly).
    • Annualized Earnings: $103,475 to $132,497.
    • Pay Scale: Hourly compensation ranging from $29 to $31.00 based on your months of experience, backed by Safe & On-Time Bonuses.

    The Route & Freight

    • The Lane: Regional runs beginning in Ridgefield, WA, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California.
    • The Haul: All dry freight. Expect 2 to 4 loads per week with 3 to 4 stops per load.
    • The Work: This is hands-on active work; drivers are responsible for unloading trailers using rollers.

    Schedule & Hometime

    • Hometime: Weekly home time featuring a 34-hour reset. Days off vary and both day and night shifts are available depending on freight demands.
    • Time Off Note: During the holiday season, time off may be reduced, but additional time off can occur based on freight demands at other times of the year.

    • Experience Needed: Minimum of 3 months of experience.
    • Parking: If you live more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA, you must have a safe, authorized place to park the truck.
