    As the Client Associate, the team will lean on you to provide exceptional customer service, support financial advisory functions, interact professionally with clients, and serve as administrative support. You could join the team and immediately begin to make an impact!

    THIS OPPORTUNITY OFFERS A BASE SALARY PLUS BONUS POTENTIAL. TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE IS COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.

    MAJOR DUTIES:

    • Assist Financial Advisors and Consultants in collection, creation, and distribution of client data for investment plans.
    • Compile and send client review meeting packets and referral meeting packets.
    • Assist in meeting scheduling, reminders, gather and input clients’ outside financial data as needed.
    • Prepare, send, follow up and process forms required for operational efficiency and compliance.
    • Provide service to clients via phone, email, written correspondence including but not limited to incoming calls/emails, questions regarding statements, online enrollment assistance, general account activity etc.
    • Provide marketing assistance as needed including, coordinating with marketing vendor, website operations, client mail/email and client events.
    • Take client meeting notes.
    • Assisting all office employees to ensure they have what they need at their workstation to work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
    • Supporting the hiring process to include organizing new hire paperwork, various onboarding tasks, and scheduling training.
    • Managing telephone calls and emails from vendors and directing them to relevant staff. Including cataloging and submitting vendor invoices when appropriate.
    • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as necessary.
    • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean, safe, and in good working order.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Excellent communication with team via conference/Zoom calls, instant messenger, phone, email etc.
    • Positive attitude, willingness to engage in various business projects and initiatives.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring you to wear many hats while stay client focused.
    • Assist and train team members as needed.
    • Contribute to business vision and positive/unique team culture.
    • Deepen client relationships; seek out ways to “surprise and delight” clients.
    • You have a sharp eye for opportunity and a quick mind that sees ways to uniquely solve problems all the while improving systems for the betterment of the team and client.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Professional experience within an office environment, financial services experience a plus.
    • Team player, eager to collaborate with others.
    • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills; process orientated.
    • Strong written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both verbal and written skills.
    • Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize individual workload responsibilities.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and activities on a routine basis with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to learn additional software applications as needed.
